Caine rockets the gang through the adventures from the suggestion box. Meanwhile Pomni and Jax begin to grow closer.
Plot
Gangle, Kinger, Jax, Pomni and Ragatha return to the Circus after an underwater adventure while Zooble is on the couch reading a magazine, with Gangle putting back on her broken happy mask. Pomni falls to the ground making Ragatha assure her she's sure the next adventure will be less 'wet', and Kinger asks the ragdoll for help counting eggs before they hatch. Pomni notices an NPC in the distance. As things calm down, Caine approaches Zooble, thinking of ideas for new adventures. Zooble remarks sarcastically about the last adventure's success, which makes Caine angry but then snap into saying criticism is greatly appreciated.
He then shifts focus to a pitch meeting, dragging everyone besides Zooble to the sofas, where he presents new concepts for some new adventures to the group. One is where they tour his magic chocolate factory and get killed by various OSHA violations. Another one is a war between a sentient cardiovascular system and the United States military. Another one has the group survive in a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland with a mean telepathic talking dog.
Gangle's mask breaks at the ideas, and Ragatha thinks it all sounds dark. Hearing this, Caine rejects an idea without any darkness, therefore stakes, and Bubble thinks there would be no sex appeal, confusing Caine. Zooble suggests reviewing ideas from the suggestion box instead. Caine is surprised that not everyone disliked the idea. Pomni and Zooble are open to it, finding having an adventure based in reality relatively fine, while the others are less than enthusiastic. Caine snaps back to being angry at their opinions being split. Zooble leaves another suggestion of adventures being open at all times, making the AI himself 'whisper' to Bubble about this meaning the other intelligent AIs will be left running for a prolonged period of time. He tries to zip Zooble's mouth shut when they reveal they can hear him, only to fail because Zooble doesn't have a mouth. Caine finally settles on an idea - a Lightning Round - where they go all the suggested ideas in rapid succession, offering skips to the more disliked ideas. Pomni tries to object to the Lightning Round being right now straight after the last adventure, but Caine opens the portal anyways and sucks them all in.
Poacher's Paradise
First, they are sent to one of Jax's adventures. Where Jax is of course a poacher and introduces the hypothetical audience to an episode of "Poach Everything", hunting the critically endangered red ribbon rhinoceros, which is Gangle in a rhinoceros shape. Jax shoots Gangle, dismantling her ribbons and making "Nice Shot!" appear on the screen. Jax chews on the ribbons aggressively like a dog, which he enjoys and disgusts Zooble, who is a flamingo. Jax says he's already taken down 1 and has 4 more to go, but then Zooble calls for a vote to skip the adventure and also make Jax vegan for the rest of the day. Jax tells Zooble that they can't do that, but then a "Vote Called" box appears on the screen, showing that Pomni, Kinger, Gangle and Ragatha voted in favor of that while Jax voted against that, so the request is fulfilled and Jax gets surprised to see that they can do that. Caine tells Jax that democracy has spoken, to which Jax says that democracy sucks and the group is sent on their next adventure.
President Pomni
They are sent to Jax's other adventure. Pomni questions her leading role which was given to her on Jax's request. After Zooble once again gets annoyed, they and Ragatha are Pomni's guards while Kinger shows the president new developments of the Australia and New Zealand war. He asks her on the topic of refugees, prompting a confused response. After Ragatha's reassurance, Kinger pulls Pomni aside to show that they all got briefs on their characters, him being her assistant. Jax then yells that he didn't give Pomni a brief because he thought seeing what she would do would be fun. Said Jax later comes in the door, breaking past Zooble, as an Australian extremist with a spider spreading bomb he plans to detonate. Seeing Kinger and Pomni peek from under the desk, he asks if this is a bad time to the camera, prompting canned laughter. Caine comments on his 'phenomenal acting', nothing how 'it's hard to believe he's vegan' while watching all of this with Bubble. The panicking jester is deactivating the bomb by trying to cut wires, with the normal reassurance from Ragatha and mocking from Jax, who reveals centipedes are in the bomb too. She asks which wire she should cut, getting bad suggestions all around. During this, Gangle comes in with a bomb strapped to her chest as a New Zealand extremist who doesn't know what New Zealanders threaten people with. Her bomb blows up, prompting an intermission.
Bubble's "Message"
Bubble briefly flies in front of the camera and makes an odd, distorted noise before promptly leaving.
アメイジング デジタル サーカス 高校 (translated: The Amazing Digital Circus High)
They are sent to Gangle's adventures. Introducing an anime school slice of life intro with the six circus members. Jax immediately complains that he doesn't like the adventure and wants to leave, to which Zooble tells him that at least they finally have one that's by someone else. Jax complains that it's no fun going back to school, to which Ragatha tells him to give it a chance. Zooble tells Gangle that there is nothing wrong with her suggestion, to which Gangle, surprised, asks them how they knew that it was her suggestion. Jax asks Pomni if she can believe that Gangle draws anime and dragged them into one, declaring that she's a loser, to which Pomni reminds him that he threw her out of a moving truck. Kinger, who is the teacher, tells the group that they will learn the popular foreign language known as... 英語/English. Jax complains again that the adventure is boring and votes to skip it, to which Zooble tells him to shut up and that aren't going to skip it. Jax says that slice-of-life animes are the worst ones and that they're embarrassing, though he then mentions that they are not as embarrassing as one time Gangle took an anime figure and apparently did something embarrassing with it, Gangle panics and she agrees to skip the adventure to prevent Jax from telling what happened that time.
Stargazing
They are sent to the circus grounds at night, stargazing. Pomni gets relieved they can finally relax, with Jax preferring some stakes. Kinger, Zooble and Gangle are enjoying a picnic, inspiring Jax to ask Pomni if she thinks Gangle is capable of being happy, due to her comedy mask breaking everyday. This perplexes Pomni, until Ragatha comes over to point out Jax's mean nature. While he makes his classic response, Pomni is surprised that he actually cares about what Gangle likes. He looks empathetic, but quickly brushes it off. She questions his friend quantity, Ragatha 'whispering' to her 'not anymore'. This strikes something in Jax, making him look back at her lividly. She tries to apologize in a panicked state, but gives up on the awkward situation and goes to Kinger. Pomni, now a third wheel, questions the situation, Jax is quick to dismiss it and somewhat solemnly for him asks if Ragatha gets on her nerves sometimes, as she tries way too hard to be nice and optimistic to everyone despite their situation. He takes all of this behavior as her trying to take advantage of them. After pausing for some self reflection, he jumps right back to being snarky, calling her dumb and weird. Pomni thinks the weirdness applies to everyone, though he disagrees, calling his appearance, especially his ears and tail 'peak male performance'. His chatting partner comments he doesn't have a tail, leading to him realizing the same of his tail being missing since at least Pomni got here.
Caine and Bubble are watching them from afar with the moon, both of them commenting how they look happy. The moon tries to suggest she and Caine to do something together, before Caine cuts her off and suddenly realizes why the circus members enjoying their own adventure ideas and not Caine's being a 'bad thing' to him, then Bubble goofily asks why it is a bad thing, to which Caine panics that they're enjoying the suggestion box adventures more than his adventures. Bubble comments he should die, but then cuts to saying he should throw a "f
ing" beach party. Caine is angry that Bubble can swear now, and sends everyone to an Intermission Time.
Intermission
The intermission shows flashy animations of all the characters and of Caine presenting himself in a godly manner. There's an area where the cast is shown getting hit with either bowling balls, cake, and Kinger catches his ball. Many theorize that the objects mean different things. Many other people theorize that the cast is lined up from newest to oldest, as Pomni is first, Jax is second, Gangle is third, and Ragatha and Kinger are last. It is confirmed Pomni is first and Kinger is last known in the pilot episode, and it is confirmed Ragatha is the second oldest, in episode 8. It ends with Jax running through a corridor of their rooms, ending up at a door with Ribbit crossed out and abstracted eyes surrounding the border. Caine snaps out of the intermission sequence when Zooble interrupts him with sheer confusion, leaving Caine to freeze cross-eyed and Bubble to send them to their next adventure.
The Bar
The next adventure is set in a bar in the 1930s, the circus members are mobsters and everything is in black and white, with only the neon signs, drinks and food having color. Zooble is the bartender and Jax requests a whisky sour walking in, having to hold the egg white due to his veganism. Jax is annoyed, asking how it's even possible because he "thought Caine couldn't-", before cutting himself off. Zooble attends to his order, commenting they could have made it way worse for him, making him want to turn them into a slug via a vote, the Vote called box appears and reveals that everyone voted against that. Caine suddenly at the bar announces the rejection, which makes Jax scream in anger and frustration as he gets his drink. Ragatha and Kinger make it into the bar. Ragatha orders a cosmopolitan and Kinger a corncob blitz, where for the latter, Zooble tells Kinger they will throw something together. Pomni compliments Zooble's alcohol knowledge, revealing it was their suggestion as one of their previous jobs was at a bar, and they enjoyed it. Jax comments it's fitting for them, but Zooble can't be asked to figure out the implication. He shifts to asking Pomni if she was old enough to have any jobs. Being 25, she obviously did, being a supermarket chain accountant. Due to the tameness of this job, she often got bored of it and sought out mild thrills, like exploring abandoned buildings and posting about it, despite getting no views. She didn't mind this though, as it was for her. Zooble relates to thrill seeking, but didn't record it, offering Ragatha her drink. Jax teases Zooble for being secretive, which makes Zooble wonder about Jax's past. But Zooble quickly stops him, recognizing the reference in Jax's made-up story.
They ask Gangle next - she worked in fast food, and was in community college for graphic design but dropped out, not pursuing her art after that. Zooble offers to make art with Gangle, impressing Ragatha that they have the art skills too. Zooble reveals a second part of their past - being a tattoo artist for a couple of years. Jax does his classic jabbing at Zooble, only bringing confusion of what he even means, to which Jax says "I'm just having fun, I forgot you hate fun" In a drunken slur. After, Zooble says fun isn't what they hate. Ragatha takes her turn to talk about her past, being born into a wealthy family with horses and chickens on a large property, though her mother was "a lot". She worked in real estate for some time until ending up in the circus, concluding her mom likely doesn't miss her, and that she doesn't miss the verbal abuse she did. When noticing everyone's concerned expressions, she quickly sips her drink and summarizes the experience as being an average farm girl. Jax looks worryingly for a second before announcing there's no point in asking Kinger about his life due to him likely not remembering enough to share. Pomni asks if they know about his wife Queenie, confusing Jax and even confusing Kinger who panics at the mention of him having a wife, before being offered his drink. Zooble then catches Jax's nervous expression towards the corn on Kinger's corncob blitz.
A mannequin with a hat walks into the bar, trying to say hello before quickly disappearing. Zooble introduces him to Pomni as Disappearing Guy from a previous adventure, who just does that. Jax shames Pomni over her lack of knowledge before smugly looking at Zooble, prompting the latter to ignore him. He turns to smugly apologizing to Pomni about the president adventure, just thinking it would be funny. Pomni, more perplexed than ever before, questions but then accepts the apology. Jax wraps his arm around her, being 'excited' about the first steps of a budding friendship. When asked about it by him, Ragatha looks at him with a surprised face. She awkwardly gets the attention of Pomni, trying to make the moment of abstracted Kaufmo bashing her into the walls as a comical moment, only to realize it was likely actually traumatic for the jester. Jax reminds her of getting high at the fast food adventure and telling Gangle to "kill herself", finding that amusing. Ragatha rejects the notion of her saying that, only to apologize to Gangle about it, she would never say it if not influenced. Jax wants Ragatha to be mean sometimes, Zooble taking it as him reiterating that torturing Gangle is funny. He thinks they take the place way too seriously. Zooble, at their limit, takes the corn off Kinger’s corncob blitz and places it next to Jax, revealing his apparent fear of it, despite his rejection of his fear. Caine soon announces he's bored and goes on to the next adventure, despite Zooble protesting that Caine's isn't even a part of this adventure.
Good Ol' Fashioned Softball
They are sent to a softball stadium, with Caine and Bubble as the commentators in the adventure Good Ol' Fashioned Softball. The circus cast is the Big Tops, playing against the Evil Big Tops - who are color and personality changes of the cast, except Gangle, who is replaced with a recolored Orbsman. They all introduce themselves, as Ragatha is confused at this being in her suggestion, and Gangle not even having an evil clone. Caine introduces a special guest to sing the American national anthem. The guest turns out to be Disappearing Guy, who disappears at the second note, receiving applause anyways, majority from a large centipede which scares Ragatha. Kinger tries to motivate the team as team captain - despite not knowing what, who, when, or why is going on, he knows where is going on - on the field, wanting them to break some tailbones. Evil Jax comes to shyly wish them all a fun game, Jax already wants to kill him. Ragatha is up to bat first, being laughed at by her evil self. Bazooble serves the ball, which Ragatha hits right into Evil Pomni's hands, proclaiming her out, causing Ragatha to throw her hat at the ground, annoyed. Jax finds he gets along with Evil Pomni, as they both enjoy ridiculing Ragatha. Zooble is seen whispering something to Gangle’s that results in a vote to come up. This vote is made by Gangle which was to put Jax in a maid dress and won 3/5 (excluding Jax and Pomni’s vote, likely a sign that she is warming up to Jax and showing him respect). He gets enraged at this and starts chasing Gangle when he assumes it was originally her idea, Zooble gets worried since its partly their fault. He's interrupted when he's told he's up to bat, trying to protest it. Zooble thought he'd be into this, throwing his statement of him hating fun back at him. Jax continues to be enraged about having to wear the dress, Zooble commenting this is the most upset they've seen him. Kinger insists he bats, which he regrettably agrees, promising to kill Zooble when this is all over. Bazooble talks to Jax in a goofy voice, annoying him, while Evil Jax tries to compliment his look, making the 'good' counterpart wish death upon him. He bats, but hits the ball into the centipede in the audience, who soon consumes it. Jax shrugs the game off as having no more ball. Kinger tries to use one of his eyes as a ball, but then takes one of Zooble's eyes. He apologized to Zooble when it got annoyed and said it's eye is the perfect softball size, jokingly saying that they are not playing baseball here. Zooble tried to get their eye back but Kinger threw it to Bazooble, who only derpily attaches it onto their head. Jax gives up, despite Kinger's protests.
Ragatha laments how she hit the ball, but apologizes to Pomni for her bad nature. Pomni tells her she indirectly agrees with Jax, about that it's okay to show negative emotions, and that everyone needs to be a jerk sometimes. Ragatha answers somewhat hesitant to this. Zooble requests a ball from Caine, who supplies one. They invite Jax back over to pitch, who says bye to Evil Pomni before obliging. He purposely misses when served and gets out, then being interested when Gangle is up to bat, asking the jester's opinion on how her serve will go (not noticing Zooble place an ear of corn on the bench beside him). Ragatha partially snaps and asks Jax to stop trying to get Pomni to act like him, saying that making her be happy all the time would at least be better than turning her into a jerk. Pomni tries to knock them both down by saying she can think for herself. Jax rejects the assumption that he's forcing his ideals onto her, causing Ragatha to get at him for pretending everyone likes him when he actually just ruins everything. Pomni tries to calm everyone down, only for Ragatha to remind her of her saying this behavior is alright sometimes. She once again apologizes for her bad nature, being accepted. She begrudgingly apologies to Jax for the situation, and for bringing up his lack of friends earlier, causing him to wipe his smug look off his face. He rejects Pomni's request to talk about that, as he's in a maid outfit, before being jumpscared by corn again. Ragatha asks Kinger how the game is going, who comments Gangle did a home run. Gangle awkwardly thanks Ragatha for her instructions.
Zooble is next up to bat, asking for their eye back. Bazooble has already forgotten about it before serving. Zooble hits the ball straight into their evil counterpart breaking them into pieces, Caine concluding it as a home run, making Coach Dictatorer rage. Zooble accepts the outcome and walks off. Pomni is next to bat, but asks Ragatha if she wants to go as a second chance. Ragatha accepts and walks onto the field to bat, only to find since Bazooble was still in pieces nothing happened. Caine takes this as yet another home run, and the Big Tops win. Ragatha questions the legitimacy of this, but Caine doesn't follow the rules and pronounces them done. Evil Ragatha and Evil Pomni are angry over their loss, annoyed that they didn't get to bat. Ragatha looks back at Jax, seeing him and Pomni continue bonding with each other, before being lifted up by a joyful Kinger over the team winning. Gangle and Zooble also congratulate the team. Jax is reverted back to his regular outfit, realizing he's not a vegan and racing off. He pounces onto a confused Evil Jax and once again chews him like an aggressive dog. Kinger asks 'what is going on'. Pomni finds amusement in this, but stops showing it when looked at by Ragatha.
All the members come back through the portal into the circus tent, as Caine hopes they learned that his adventures are better than the suggestion box ideas. Zooble and Pomni agree that some adventures were okay, and Jax liked his ones. He tells Pomni he can show her something he was talking about in the hall, to which she agrees, making them walk off one way, and Zooble, Kinger and Gangle walk off the other. Ragatha is left alone, and solemnly walks her own way. Secretly, a strange mannequin was watching everything from behind a wall, walking away shortly after.

- This is the first episode since Episode 3 to not be released on Netflix on the first day of the episode's release. However, it eventually arrived on Netflix along with Episodes 6 and 7 on December 12, 2025.
- The name of this episode is the stock title for pictures and word documents on computers before users name them.
- This is the first Digital Circus episode:
- to use the 2025 Glitch Productions intro, which was first introduced in The Gaslight District: Pilot (premiered in April 2025).
- that has an adventure that involves with the entire crew, with Zooble and Kinger included and a part of it taking place in The Grounds.

- In addition, this is the first time Caine appears in the thumbnail of an episode since the pilot.
- This is also the first time all of the main characters are together in the thumbnail of an episode.
- where Pomni is seen without her jester hat.
- where Ragatha swears, The word "damn" is censored in this episode, despite it not being censored in "The Mystery Of Mildenhall Manor," perhaps from physical surveillance of Caine.
- In They All Get Guns, Jax mentions that Pomni has been in the circus for weeks. The majority of the time would have passed between Fast Food Masquerade and Untitled.
- Five teasers were given for this episode on TheWackyWatch.com, with a different one loading every time the page is refreshed.
- One includes Poacher's Paradise, another has a snippet of the Intermission with Morse code next to it, and a third has Good Ol' Fashioned Softball.
- The Morse code, once translated properly, reads "SOS CQD I AM LOSING MY MIND ALSO HI"
- The other two are some interpretations that aren't in the episode, but could be referencing something. The President Pomni was supposed to be some office adventure, and the bar adventure that Zooble suggested was meant to be a maifa adventure.
- One includes Poacher's Paradise, another has a snippet of the Intermission with Morse code next to it, and a third has Good Ol' Fashioned Softball.
- During the scene where Pomni reveals to Jax that he has not had his tail the entire time that she has known him, there is a cloud behind Jax that looks like a rabbit with its tail cut off. Ironically, Jax would later get a tail in the next episode, They All Get Guns, and would stay there for the remainder of the series
- The Intermission uses the same remixed versions of English Caine's voice lines in every dub except for Dutch and German, in which they use the remixed vocals of Caine in their respective languages.
- Plastic Wax, a fellow Australian animation studio, provided additional 3D animation for the episode while SPOONS, a 2D animation company, did the anime production with Poster drawings by Nick Szopko, creator of Glitch's recent new indie show The Gaslight District.
- In the Anime adventure, there is concept art and a poster for The Gaslight District.
- Along with this, there is also a symbol of the Black Hand on the chalkboard at the back of the classroom.
- The poster visible behind Jax's chair has "GASLIGHT DISTRICT REFERENCE" written on it in the runic language used in that show.
- Kinger could possibly have some comprehension of the Japanese language, as he wrote his name in katakana (キンガー Kingā) and the kanji for "English" (英語 Eigo), though it might just be a stab on Anime English Dubs.
- Most foreign dubs change the language Kinger is teaching to match the respective localization language. The exceptions are the Arabic, Chinese, Filipino, Hindi, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Urdu, and Vietnamese dubs, which left it as English.
- Gooseworx said that this episode is the "silly before the storm." Meaning that episodes 6-9 will get progressively darker.
- The Japanese title in the Anime adventure (アメイジング デジタルサーカス高校) translates to "Amazing Digital Circus High School".
- The word Jax was looking for to describe those like Gangle who have a fascination for anime to Pomni was weeaboo or weeb. Instead he just calls them losers.
- In the Dutch dub, he calls them weeb losers.
- Jax implies that “Slice of Life” anime’s are the worst ones for how embarrassing they are.
- In the Spanish Dub, Jax says he prefers anime with a lot of gore in it.
- The Stargazing scene appears in the show's credits.
- Though it wasn't mentioned on who suggested this adventure, it may possibly be either Kinger's, Queenie's, or both's idea, as it was mixed with fireflies and the darkness of the night.
- Gangle is the only human who was not shown to be given an "evil" counterpart, due to the continuity of Gangle always getting the short-end of the stick.
- Gooseworx mentions that the reason for this was because she thinks that it would be funny if Evil Gangle was forgotten.[1]
- According to Gooseworx, if Evil Gangle were to ever appear, she would have a white ribbon and a red mask.[2]
- Months later, a channel named, SuperWiiBros08 would make a fan video of if Evil Gangle was kept in the episode. [3]
- In the Russian dub of the show, Disappearing Guy is voiced by Jax's Dutch voice actor, Adam Argam.[4]
- This episode is the first to confirm a human character's age, revealing that Pomni is 25.
- During the scene that results in Jax being put in a maid outfit, many believe it was Gangle’s idea when she was only responsible of setting up the vote. The original idea was from Zooble as we can see them whispering something to Gangle, causing her to laugh and put up the vote.
- In Russian dub, instead of saying that he's in a maid outfit, Jax says that he is a femboy rabbit (Я кролик фембой, сама как думаешь?).[5]
- The events in the episode are based on the characters' suggestions they've posted within the suggestion box, with Kinger and Pomni being the only ones who don't have a suggestion.
- Poacher's Paradise is Jax's suggestion to hunt everyone down as animals.
- President Pomni is Jax's suggestion to test Pomni's leadership skills.
- (アメイジング デジタルサーカス高校)/The Amazing Digital Circus High School is Gangle's suggestion to relish her manga artwork.
- It's left unknown as to who suggested the Stargazing adventure.
- Intermission Time is Caine's interruption when he realizes the circus members are enjoying the suggestions more than his adventures.
- The Bar Scene is Zooble's suggestion since they like making drinks from their previous life as a temporary bartender.
- Good Ol' Fashioned Softball is Ragatha's suggestion to have a good time. It was revealed to be her suggestion in the next episode, They All Get Guns, and although they enjoyed it, Pomni reveals that she isn't too interested in sports.
- During this episode, it is implied by Jax that McDonalds is canon in the real world, as Jax uses its name to refer to Spudsy's.
- All of the characters are seen agreeing to at least one vote except Jax, not counting the poll he created.
- All of the votes made revolved around Jax.
- Along with skipping Jax’s suggested adventure, Zooble also makes Jax a vegan.
- Jax made the next vote to turn Zooble into a slug.
- The next and final vote was to put Jax in a maid dress.
- During the Big Tops game, one billboard shows the logo of Tazcorp, a company from another one of Glitch's shows, Meta Runner.

- In the Brazilian Portuguese dub, instead of briefly singing the United States' national anthem, Disappearing Guy sings Chitãozinho & Xororó's "Evidências".
